Slot Machine Calculator

Estimates how much you might win or lose based on your slot machine and playing style.  First, specify Bet Per Spin, your Play Pace, Return to Player (RTP) %, and Volatility level.  Then click the Calculate button and see results in the table.  If you later change one or more of these parameters, click the Calculate button again.

The table shows you about how long it takes to spin each number of spins, how much you might lose on average, what you might lose on a terrible day or session, and what you might win or lose if almost everything went your way - 95% percent of the time.  Your actualy experience will most likely be between Terrible and Great.  And, unless you've won an average number of big wins, you are probably going to be losing more than the "Average Loss".

(You may need to scroll down to see entire table)

The following table shows you what might happen about 19 out of 20 sessions at your casino.  The rare 1 out of 20th session might result in a bigger loss than the "Terrible Visit" number, or a bigger win than the "Great Visit" number.  Notice that the longer you play, the more your outcome converges on the "Average Loss" number.  The "Chance of a Winning Visit" indicates how often you might leave the casino ahead.  "nil" means less than 1 chance in a million. Take a look at the percentage for your average visit length and see if it matches your experiences; but, remember your behavior when you are ahead or behind, and when you leave the casino makes a difference.  "Delta %" is the difference between your potential experience from the "theoretical RTP" of the machine.  Note: numbers are rounded.
